Double check your Event Settings - is everything on and ready to go? Make sure that Attendee Web App Access is turned ON or SCHEDULED to be turned ON BEFORE your Event Reminder Email goes out!
Double check your session dates and times. Do your Sessions look good? Are the Available At and Available Until times correct? If you are using Zoom that is embedded into Expo Pass, here are some additional Zoom Tips from the Expo Team in regards to timing your Zoom start with your session start.
You can also pull a Session data report for your review so this doesn't have to be done one by one
You can also manually send out Magic Links, as seen here and in the video below. Links can be distributed in bulks of 10.
Confirm that the Event Contact(s) under "Details" on Expo Pass Classic are the correct email addresses that we can share with attendees when they come to us for non-Expo Pass questions. These will also appear on your event's home page in the Web App.
