We've made managing your event even easier! Our Event Settings allow you to turn on your event access when you're ready!

Accessing Event Settings

1. To manage your Event Settings, login to Expo Pass and click into the event you'd like to manage.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you do not have an account yet, or an event created, do both of those steps first.

2. Click on the Event Settings in the left nav bar.

3. Once you are in Event Settings, you will see 5 tabs:

  • General

  • Email

  • Onsite

  • Lane Configuration

  • Integrations

General

Attendee Web App Access

This is what transitions the Web App portion of your event for virtual events from "draft mode" (not accessible by attendees) to ON or accessible by registered attendees.

1. Toggle Attendee Web App Access to ON

2. Choose the date and time that you would like your event to be live.

3. Click Save.

Attendee Mobile App Access

This is used to turn our on Mobile App for your in-person events only. Turning Mobile App Access ON moves your event from "draft mode" (not accessible by attendees) to ON or accessible by registered attendees.

1. Toggle Attendee Mobile App Access to ON

2. Choose the date and time that you would like your event to be live.

3. Click Save.

Video Streaming Enabled

This allows you to add session streaming for a live virtual event with Zoom links, URL links or video recordings.

Invoicing Payments

Turning this on enables the option to "Pay by Check" during Expo Pass registration. You will then need to follow up to collect payment from these attendees. You can track Invoice payments through the Registration Transactions Report.

  • There is no way to disable access to the event for an attendee that has not paid their invoice except by REMOVING them from the attendee data table and adding them back in once they've paid.

Emails

In this tab, you are able to toggle your confirmation emails on and off, edit the email body of your confirmation email, as well as control event reminder emails and Lead Retrieval emails to Exhibitors.

Onsite

These are features to use Onsite at your event.

Edit Attendee During Check-In

Allow attendees to edit the data printed on their badges during check-in on the iPad Kiosks.

Enable and Manage Attendee Session Self-Scan

Allow attendees to scan themselves into a session for tracking purposes.

Lane Configuration

This allows you to build lanes for Onsite Badge Printing. For traditional events, this is done for you before the equipment is tested and ships out. This is usually used by Expo Pass Lease clients, or for easy troubleshooting via a Web Browser.

Integrations

Manage and edit your Swoogo Integration, or work with Expo Pass on your Guidebook or Zapier needs.
