What is a Magic Link?
Magic Links are valid for 6 months or until the last day of the event, whichever comes first. Once one has been consumed, meaning it has been clicked on and has been used, it is then valid for 30 minutes. This amount of time allows Attendees to determine the best device to experience the event.
If you visit an expired Magic Link, you will have the option to "Resend" yourself a new Magic Link, delivered to your registration email inbox. Please follow the steps below, which are slightly different depending on if you are accessing your event via the Attendee App or a Web Browser.
βοΈ If you do not use the same email that was provided for Registration, the system will NOT recognize you for your event
ATTENDEE APP: Resending your Magic Link
1. Open the Expo Pass Attendee App on your mobile device and click the blue LOG IN button
2. Click on the Having trouble logging in?, which is located just below the "Password" and follow the instructions below to get a Mobile Magic Link.
3. Enter the email you used to register for your event and click on SEND MAGIC LINK.
4. A Temporary Password and Mobile Magic Link will be sent from support@exposent.com to the email you entered above.
5. At this point, you have two options:
Try logging back into the Attendee App using the temporary password provided, OR
Consume the Magic Link by clicking on the teal "Magic Link" button in the email.
β Important: If you use the Magic Link, the temporary password may no longer work.
NOTE: If the mobile app is not installed, clicking on the Mobile Magic Link will direct you to your device's App Store to download the Expo Pass Mobile App. Once you have downloaded the app, follow step 5 again.
WEB BROWSER: Resending your Magic Link
To access your virtual events through the Expo Pass Web Browser, you will need a Web Magic Link.
Not all internet browsers are the same. It is imperative that you are using a current and fully supported internet browser. We strongly recommend that you use the latest version of one of these Internet Browsers to access your event: Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge with Chrome as the best option.

1. Go to https://app.expopass.com/login and click "Trouble logging in?", which is located below the password area.
2. Type in your email address and click on "SEND MAGIC LINK."
IMPORTANT: The email address provided must be the same email that was used when you registered for the event.
Always verify that the email address you're using matches the one associated with your registration; this will ensure seamless access to your events.
3. A Mobile Magic Link will be sent from support@exposent.com to the email you entered above.
4. Click the blue Magic Link button, which will then open a new window/tab in your browser that will place you on the event that you are registered to attend.
NOTE: If this is the first time you've consumed a Magic Link to access your event, you will be asked to review and ACCEPT the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before moving into your event.
Not seeing your Email?
This email sometimes sneaks to your spam/junk folder, so don't forget to check there if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you still can't find your email, click on the teal RESEND MAGIC LINK button.
