When using Expo Pass you have three options available to present your content to your Attendees depending on your preference for delivery. These are what we we like to call "Session Video Options"

Here are some Support Articles and Videos that further explain how to set up your event streaming.

LIVE

In the live option, you can embed Zoom, IBM Video, or Vimeo Live

Articles:

NOTE: When setting the "Available Until" time within your viewing screen for a LIVE Session, please note that this is the time that the session will expire/shut down. ALL ATTENDEES IN THE SESSION AT THIS TIME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SESSION. Please make sure when setting this time to account for a time buffer in case your session goes over the expected time.

VIDEO

This option is for when you want to upload a prerecorded video into Expo Pass or from Vimeo Videos.

NOTE: When setting the "Available Until" time within your viewing screen for a VIDEO Session, please note that this is the time that the session will expire/shut down. ALL ATTENDEES IN THE SESSION AT THIS TIME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SESSION. Please make sure when setting this time to account for a time buffer in case your session goes over the expected time.

URL

This is for when you want to connect a URL link out to any Live Stream or video.

  • How To Article

  • Note - please review THIS article before deciding on Embedding Zoom or using a Zoom URL link.

NOTE: When setting the "Available Until" time within your viewing screen for a URL Session, please note that this is the time that the session will expire/shut down. No new attendees will be able to "Join" the session, meaning they will no longer have the ability to be redirected to the session's URL. Please make sure when setting this time to account for a time buffer in case your session goes over the expected time.
