Please review the article below before choosing to embed Zoom to see what features you have when you embed (SDK) a Zoom Webinar or Meeting in Expo Pass vs using a Zoom URL (App).
1. To embed a Zoom Webinar or Meeting into Expo Pass, click into the Session from the Event Schedule.
2. Go into Edit Mode, click on the pencil within the viewing screen.
3. Click on LIVE.
4. Enter your Zoom Webinar/Meeting ID, Zoom Password, Available At (with time buffer) / Available Until (with time buffer), Preview Image and Post Event Image. All of these items are required.
**The Zoom Password must be created within the settings on Zoom. HERE is how to create a Zoom Webinar for Expo Pass to ensure you have all the settings correct.
5. Please ensure that Private (bottom left) is not enabled (green), or attendees will not be able to access the Session without it being on their schedule.
6. Click Save.
7. Click DONE
The countdown is based on the time you set your Zoom Webinar/Meeting to be Available At. Please note that you will need to launch your Zoom Webinar/Meeting as a host at the same time it is Available At for Attendees to be able to access it.
