Now that you've created an Expo Pass Account and joined your event, you are ready to start scanning for some leads! Let's get you signed up for Lead Retrieval.
Lead Retrieval in Expo Pass is a powerful add-on that facilitates the scanning of attendee information, enabling exhibitors to efficiently manage and follow up on leads gathered during events.
Expo Pass Mobile
1. Log in to your account on the Expo Pass Mobile App:
2. Select the appropriate event by clicking Enter (you can scroll through your events by swiping left if you have more than one):
3. Once logged in to the event, your Exhibitor Toolkit will appear. Click on the Get Lead Retrieval button to sign up for lead retrieval:
4. Once purchased, all Users from your Organization will have access to Lead Retrieval.
NOTE: The price for Lead Retrieval varies and is determined by the Event Organizer, which includes scanning capabilities for up to five users (one administrator and four additional users). Additional users can be added at $50 each. Licensing typically covers the Exhibitor Administrator (with scanning and team management capabilities) and four additional Exhibitor Users who can also scan badges. If additional charges apply, they may be invoiced after the event.
