Create Qualifiers in Lead Retrieval App

Create custom qualifiers to gather additional information from badge scans.

Within Expo Pass, if you as an Exhibitor have purchased Lead Retrieval, then you also have the ability to build "qualifier questions" or take additional notes after each badge (lead) that you have scanned. This is a simple process and we have outlined the process to do so here:

Expo Pass Mobile

1. Log in to your Expo Pass app on your mobile phone 

2. Select the appropriate event

3. Once logged in to the event, click on “Exhibitor Toolkit” in your menu

4. Click on the “Exhibitor Settings” button in the upper right hand corner

5. Click on “Qualifiers

6. Here you can add, edit, and delete as many qualifiers as you choose

  • Qualifiers can be added with answers in the following formats: freeform text, single select, and multiple select

  • Qualifiers can also serve as a "notes" section

7. Please make sure to click "SAVE" in the upper right-hand corner of the App

  • If multiple Exhibitor Users scan the same attendee and answer qualifying questions, the most recent scan will override any existing qualifiers or notes for that attendee.

8. Qualifiers will pop up after scanning Attendees and can be edited at any time:

9. Qualifiers and the answers added to them will be included in the downloadable CSV file that contains the list of your leads and their information.

Important: When multiple exhibitors users from your booth scan the same attendee, the most recent notes added or qualifier questions answered will override any previous notes/answers for that attendee.
