Expo Pass makes it easy to add, upload, and edit your event attendees.
Here’s how you can do it:
1. Automatic: Expo Pass Registration
If you are using Expo Pass for pre-event Registration, you don't have to lift a finger!
As soon as someone registers, their attendee information will automatically appear in your event’s Attendees section. No additional steps needed!
2. Upload Attendees All at Once
Already have a list of attendees?
You can upload your entire list using a CSV file.
Prepare your attendee data in a spreadsheet.
Follow the CSV upload process to bring in all attendees at once.
3. Manually Add Attendees One at a Time
If you only have a few attendees to add, you can manually enter their information one-by-one directly into Expo Pass.
Great for last-minute additions or small events.
BONUS: How to Edit an Attendee’s Information
Need to update an attendee's name, email, badge info, or other details?
Both Event Owners and Event Users can edit attendee records directly within Expo Pass (from a computer).
