You've got your onsite registration area all set up, open for business, and then that one person - you know the one - will do a drive-by and ask you "How many people are here?".

Well, no worries - we'll show you how you can easily answer that question.

There are 2 different reports you can pull:

  • Badge Print Report: to be used for Premium Badge Printing clients to see who has gotten a badge printed (aka checked in to the event)

  • Check-In Report: to be used for clients only utilizing our iPad kiosks for Check-In without printers or badges to see who has checked in.

Pull a Badge Print Report

Start by logging into your event on Expo Pass Classic. Then click the Attendees section.

  • Click the Fields selector (the icon that has the three sliders on it) and select the following fields (First Name, Last Name, Badge Print Date, Badge Print Time, Badge Print Count):

  • Next click the Data Filter selector (the icon that looks like a funnel -- highlighted below in pink)

  • Select the "BADGE PRINT DATE" option

  • Select "GREATER THAN" option

  • Select a date that is a couple days before your Event Start Date

  • Click "Apply"

  • Once the report refreshes, it will populate the Attendee Data Table with the names and dates of all the attendee badges that have been printed, how many reprint each attendee has had, and the actual number here:

Once you have created the report, you can either save the link to refer to it within Expo Pass OR you can export the data.

CREATE LINK:

Click on the LINK icon and then click on the URL

You will see a popup that says "Link has been copied to the clipboard"

Save the URL link to reference

EXPORT DATA:

Check the box next to NAME

Click Select all ###

Click Actions - Export

A green box will appear at the top when the file is ready - click DOWNLOAD

Start by logging into your event on Expo Pass Classic. Then click the Attendees section.

  • Click "Apply"

Once you have created the report, you can either save the link to refer to it within Expo Pass OR you can export the data.
