β Important: The Check-In Date and Time is the FIRST time that an attendee checks in. If they come back to reprint a badge, it will still only show the first check-in time on this report.
1. Start by logging into your event on Expo Pass.
2. Click the Attendees section.
3. Click the Fields Selector (the icon that has the three sliders on it) and ensure that at least the following fields are selected: Name, Check-In Date, Check-In Time.
You can select any other fields you wish to have on your report
4. Once done, click "Apply" and the data table will refresh.
5. Now click the Data Filter selector (the icon that looks like a funnel -- highlighted below in pink)
Select the "CHECK IN DATE" option, the "GREATER THAN" option and select a date that is prior to your event start date. Once done, click "Apply" and the data table will refresh.
6. Once the report refreshes, it will populate the Attendee Data Table with the names and dates of all the attendee badges that have been printed, how many reprint each attendee has had, and the actual number here:
7. Now you can Save the Link to the report for later and/or Export your Data Report:
