Access live event analytics for badges printed, check-ins, session scans, and exhibitor scans.

You've got your onsite registration area all set up, open for business, and then that one person - you know the one - will do a drive-by and ask you "How many people have arrived and printed a badge already?""How many attendees have been scanned into sessions?", "How is exhibitor engagement?"

Well, no worries - we'll show you how you can easily answer those questions.

Through our Analytics Dashboard, you can access live event data that updates every 2 minutes during your events.


Accessing Your Analytics Dashboard

1. Start by logging into your event on Expo Pass.

2. Select your event.

3. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see Analytics and the options available.

πŸ’‘ NOTE: These are live event analytics. If you would live to export data reports, follow the steps below.


Badge Print Analytics

View how many attendees have badges printed and total badges printed for your event.

1. Click on Badge Prints:

2. From here you will be able to adjust the date and time window that you would like displayed on the graph. You will also view the following data points:

  • Attendee Prints During The Event: This is how many attendees had a badge printed

  • Total Printed: This is the total number of badges printed, including testing and reprints

  • 5 minute Average: What is the average

  • Busiest Hour: When was the busiest hour of badges being printed

  • Most Printed Badge: If you have multiple formed badges, which was printed the most.

  • Attendees Remaining: How many attendees do not have a badge printed that are in your event

  • Percent Printed: Total percentage of attendees with badges printed for your event

Attendee Check-In Analytics

View how many attendees have checked in and how many remain.

1. Click on Check-In Only:

2. From here you will be able to adjust the date and time window that you would like displayed on the graph. You will also view the following data points:

  • Check-Ins During This Event: This is how many attendees have checked in.

  • 5 minute Average: What is the average.

  • Busiest Minute: When was the busiest minute of check-ins.

  • Slowest Minute: When was the slowest minute of check-ins.

  • Attendees Remaining: How many attendees have not checked into your event.

Session Scan Analytics

View your session scan data when using Expo Pass for Session Tracking.

1. Click on Session Scans.

2. From here you will be able to adjust the date and time window that you would like displayed on the graph. You will also view the following data points and choose a bar or line graph:

  • Scans All-Time: How many total scans for all sessions for your event.

  • Most Scans: Which Session has the most scans

  • 5 Minute Average: What is the average.

  • Busiest Minute: What is the busiest minute during your event with scans.

3. You can turn Registrant Data ON if you want to see Registrants signed up for the session (teal) vs Attendees Scanned (blue).


Exhibitor Scan Analytics

View your exhibitor scan data when using Expo Pass for Exhibitor Lead Retrieval.

1. Click on Exhibitor Scans.

2. From here you will be able to adjust the date and time window that you would like displayed on the graph. You will also view the following data points and choose a bar or line graph:

  • Scans During This Event: The total number of Exhibitor Lead Retrieval scans during the event.

  • Most Scans: Which company had the most LR scans.

  • 5-Minute Average: What is the average.

  • Busiest Minute: When was the busiest minute of Exhibitor Lead Retrieval scans.

  • Percent Scanned: The percent of total attendees scanned (regardless of having a badge printed/ checked in yet or not).

  • Attendees Remaining: How many total attendees have yet to be scanned (regardless of having a badge printed/ checked in yet or not).
