Add Custom Information to your Registration Confirmation Email

Add unique information to your registration confirmation emails to get event information in front of your attendees before your event!

Every event is unique, and has information that attendees need before the event goes live. Expo Pass Registration offers the ability to add customization to your registration confirmation emails through our simple editor.

๐Ÿ’กNOTE: Expo Pass has standard items that are included in all registration confirmation emails, like event dates, logo venue information. The editor allows you to edit the body of the email itself.

Accessing the Registration Confirmation Email Editor

Using the Expo Pass Registration Confirmation Email Editor, you can add customization to the confirmation email(s) message. The editor gives you the ability to add different information for each registration level, or create one that is applied to all levels for your event.

โ— Important: You must have your Registration Form complete before beginning. Please follow the steps below to Create a Registration Form.

To access the Registration Confirmation Email Editor:

1. Log into Expo Pass and find your event.

2. Click on Details - Event Settings

3. Click on Emails

4. From here you will access the editor by clicking on "Edit Confirmation Message"


Customizing Confirmation Email(s)

Once you are in the editor, you can start to add your custom text, images, links, and more to the message of the email! This email can be unique to each registration level, or one email that is applied to all of your registration levels through the click of a button.

1. Select the registration level that you would like to begin with

โ— Important: You will notice to start all registration levels are noted as OFF. This means there is no customization to the email body. It does not mean that registration confirmation emails are OFF.

  • Registration Confirmation Emails being ON or OFF is managed through the Event Settings - Emails - Confirmations Emails Enabled toggle.

2. Click Create Email Template

3. Click Edit.

4. You will now be in the tool to customize the body of your email.

5. Use the font size, type, color, and alignment selectors to start your customization. You can also add images and links to create a uniquely branded email for your registrants!

  • Fonts available:

    • Arial

    • Georgia

    • Impact

    • Tahoma

    • Times New Roman

    • Verdana

    • **We cannot add custom fonts

  • Images can be uploaded and linked to URLs

  • Hyperlinks can we added to text

  • Custom font colors can be added with HEX#s

6. Once the body of the email is complete, you can choose to select which other registration levels you would like to apply it to, if any, by checking Apply to multiple?

โ— Important: By applying the email to another registration level, it will overwrite any email template previously saved.

7. Once you are done with your email, click SAVE.

8. You can now continue on to create unique email templates for each of your registration levels if you are not going to apple the same one to all.

9. To preview what the entire email will look like, click on Send Preview Email. The email will be sent to the email address you used to login to your event from support@exposent.com

10. If at any point you would like to remove an email template from a registration level, click on the registration level - Remove Email Template

๐Ÿ’ก Note: The logo at the top of the email, the event title, event dates, and the address are pulled from the Details of your event in Expo Pass.

  • If you would like to update any of these, you will need to do so within your event under Details.
