WEB MAGIC LINKS
To access your virtual events through the Expo Pass Web App, you will need a Web Magic Link. Not to worry! We've created a pain-free, simple process for you to get into your virtual event.
If you encounter difficulties accessing your event, double-check your registered email address and confirm that you're using the correct one. Always ensure you are logged into the correct account associated with your event registration.
Not all internet browsers are the same. It is imperative that you are using a current and fully supported internet browser. We strongly recommend that you use the latest version of one of these Internet Browsers to access your event: Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge with Chrome as the best option.

It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
1. Go to https://app.expopass.com/login and click Having trouble logging in?.
2. Type in your email address and click on SEND MAGIC LINK.
IMPORTANT: The email address provided must be the same email that was used when you registered for the event.
Always verify that the email address you're using matches the one associated with your registration; this will ensure seamless access to your events.
This email sometimes sneaks to your spam/junk folder, so don't forget to check there if you don't see it in your inbox. It is sent from support@exposent.com.
If you still can't find your email, click on blue RESEND MAGIC LINK button.
If you continue to have issues, please email support at attendee@expopass.com.
If the issue persists, consider logging out and logging back into the platform or contact event support for assistance.
3. Click the blue Magic Link button
Check your email account for an email from support@exposent.com.
Click the blue "Magic Link" button, which will then open a new window/tab in your browser that will place you on the event that you are registered to attend.
NOTE: You will be asked to review and ACCEPT the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before moving into your event.

Congratulations, you now have access to your upcoming virtual event.
You can repeat this process for the remainder of your event, or follow the steps below to create a login.
Once you are on the Event Home Page, you can now enter a Password if you would like to login next time you come back to the event:
1. Click on the red ! by your profile in the top right corner:
2. Click on Security:
3. Enter your New Password and click Save:
You can now login using your Registration Email and your Password from app.expopass.com/login for your event!

What should I do if I still can’t see my event? Ensure you’ve completed the above troubleshooting steps and verify event-specific details such as dates and registration status. Reach out to event support if the issue persists.
Why is my event listed under previous events? This can happen if the system considers the event date as past. Verify with the organizer that the event dates align correctly.
