Need to set/reset your Admin Passcode - no worries!

When your iPad Kiosks are shipped out, they are set with an Admin Passcode (which are usually are the same as your case combination locks). However, if you need to reset your Admin Passcodes its an quick and easy process to do so.

❗ Important: The Admin Passcode must be set locally on EACH iPad.


  1. You will need to access the Admin Toolkit on the iPad kiosk.

    1. Log in to the Expo Pass app on the iPad

    2. Click ENTER on your event

  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Admin Toolkit to enable the "Set Kiosk Passcode" option.

  3. Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Admin Toolkit to enable the "Set Kiosk Passcode" option.

4. Click Set Kiosk Passcode

5. Create a unique 4-digit numeric passcode to prevent unauthorized changes to attendee information and click SAVE.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can set each iPad Kiosk up with a unique passcode or use the same code for all of them. It's your call. Just please remember to set up all iPads.
