Track Registration

Keep an eye on your registration numbers and income in Expo Pass — from big-picture counts on your event overview to every individual transaction and your total collected.

This article is for Event Organizers

1. Start by logging into your event on Expo Pass.

2. Select your event.

See your big-picture numbers

For a quick pulse on the whole event, open Event in the left menu to see your Overview. It shows headline counts — total Attendees, Sessions, and Exhibitors — plus a Registration card listing each of your registration levels and how many people have registered for each.

Track your registration income

For the money side, open RegistrationReview Transactions. The summary bar across the top is your live income tracker for the transactions in view.

Track what you have collected, what is still outstanding, and your net total — all at a glance.

Total Collected — money actually received (charges plus paid invoices).

Total Unpaid Invoices — outstanding balance still owed to you.

Net Total — your bottom line after refunds, disputes, and fees.

These totals recalculate whenever you search or filter the table, so you can total up any slice of your registrations instantly.

See individual registrations

Below the summary bar, the table lists your transactions. Use the toggle at the top right to switch views:

By Payment — one line per registration, for a quick order-level view.

All Transactions — every individual charge, invoice payment, and refund on its own line.

Search by billing email or registrant name to find a specific person, and use Filters to narrow by date, status, and more.

Tip:

Click Table to open Table Tools and add columns such as Payout Date — handy for tracking when collected funds are deposited to your bank.

Export your registration data

Need the numbers in a spreadsheet?

• Click Export to download the current view as a CSV file — we recommend saving it as an Excel (.xlsx) file.

• Click Refresh Data first to make sure you are exporting the very latest registrations.

• Exports respect your current search, filters, and visible columns — so filter first, then export.
