This error message is triggered when the ExpoPass network broadcast by the router is experiencing difficulties.
FIX: To address this issue, follow these steps:
Force close the Expo Pass mobile app and then reopen it.
If the error message reappears, or if it occurs on another iPad, proceed with power cycling the router. To do this, unplug the electrical power source, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Note: The process of power cycling the router and restoring normal operation may take approximately 5 minutes.
If this error message continues, please contact the Event Hardware team for additional troubleshooting.
