CAN'T FIND A PRINTER . . .
This error message is triggered when an Attendee tries to print their badge, but the system doesn't have their badge type assigned to the specific Lane they are attempting to check in at.
FIX: Refer to this Help Center Document > Add Badge Shells to Printers: Building Lanes for Onsite Badge Printing
Additional Context: Each Lane, typically consisting of 2 iPads and 1 Printer working together, is configured to have access to specific Badge Templates. For events where multiple badge templates have been designed, it is essential to confirm that each Lane has the necessary templates available.
