This article is for Event Organizers

Design and brand your iPad kiosk check-in screen with custom artwork, sponsor logos, or personalized button styling — perfect for Premium Onsite Check-In and Registration.

Upload Timeline Recommendation

We recommend uploading your check-in artwork at least two weeks before your event.
This allows the Event Hardware Team to test and apply it to your equipment before shipping.

Upload and Customize Your Artwork

1. Log Into Your Event

2. Navigate to the Customizer

  • Go to: Onsite ➜ Design Check-In Screen

This will open the Check-In Screen Customizer.

3. Upload Your Background Image

Click Choose Image, or drag and drop your image file directly onto the screen.

Image Requirements:

  • Dimensions: 2224 x 1668 pixels

  • File size: Max 2MB

  • Design Tip: Keep the bottom 1/3 of the image clear — that’s where the Check-In and Registration buttons will appear.

4. Customize Your Button Styles

You can change:

  • Button colors

  • Border colors

  • Text colors

Use the Preview toggles on the left to customize each button and see how the final layout will appear.

Important: These previews are for design only - they do not enable these features for onsite check-in.

Button functionality must be configured individually on each iPad during kiosk setup.

5. Click SAVE

Once you’re happy with your layout and button styling, click Save to apply your customizations.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Image too large: Make sure the background image is under 2MB and exactly 2224 x 1668 pixels.

  • Cluttered bottom third of the image: Leave space for the buttons — don’t place text, logos, or calls to action in the bottom 1/3.

  • Forgetting to configure each iPad: Styling previews are only visual — you must manually configure each iPad’s kiosk settings onsite.

  • Uploading artwork too late: Last-minute uploads may not be tested properly on your assigned equipment.
