Design and brand your kiosk screen for your event! Add sponsorships, customize button colors, and preview the layout. Follow the steps below:
1. Login with your credentials into the Expo Pass Classic and choose the appropriate event.
2. Navigate to Details --> Event Settings
3. Click on Admin Menu in the top left-hand corner and then click on Kiosk:
4. The Kiosk customizer will open. From this screen you can:
Upload a background image
Customize the Buttons text color, button color and border color
5. Start by uploading a background image by clicking on Choose Image, or drag and drop your image to the kiosk screen.
The wallpaper recommended dimensions are 2224 x 1668 pixels, with a 2MB max file size
Expo Pass recommends keeping the bottom 1/3 of the image clear as that is where the CHECK IN and REGISTRATION buttons will be.
4. Customize the button colors, border colors, and text colors for each button
The Preview with toggles on the left are to customize each button uniquely and preview what the screen will look like.
❗ Important: The toggles are for preview purposes only and does not enable these features on the onsite Kiosks. Please ensure to set up each iPad Kiosk individually to activate these toggles: Establishing iPad Kiosk Settings
5. Once you have finished your customization, click SAVE
💡 Tip: We prefer that you have your image uploaded at least two weeks before your event so that our Event Hardware team can test them on your equipment before they ship out.
