Attendee Web App Access is Now Attendee App Access

Web App Access is now part of one setting, Attendee App Access, for in-person, virtual and hybrid events.

Attendee Web App Access is now part of one setting called Attendee App Access. It's the same setting for in-person, virtual and hybrid events, and it opens your event in Attendee Connect, the new Expo Pass attendee experience.

Once it's on, your Attendees can join from the Expo Pass mobile app or from any web browser, and they get the same event either way.

Turn On Attendee App Access

  1. Log in to Expo Pass and choose the appropriate event.

  2. Click Event Settings in the left-hand menu and stay on the General tab.

  3. Toggle Attendee App Access to ON and choose the date and time next to Open access on.

  4. Click Save.
