How to Complete Abandoned Registration
When you attempt to register for an event, and you receive the following error, "this email address already belongs to a registrant in your order" it means that you tried to register with that same email and have not finished.
"[EMAIL]: this email address already belongs to a registrant in your order!"
There are 2 options listed below on how to complete registration:
Option 1: Remove the previous incomplete registration and start over
1. When you receive the error "[EMAIL]: this email address already belongs to a registrant in your order!", click on the blue cart in the top right corner. You will see a number below the cart:
2. Clicking on the cart will take you to all registrations sitting incomplete in your cart. Click remove --> Confirm YES.
3. Click Add An Attendee to start again.
Option 2: Complete your previously abandoned registration
1. When you receive the error "[EMAIL]: this email address already belongs to a registrant in your order!", click on the blue cart in the top right corner. You will see a number below the cart:
2. You can then either add another registrant, or click Next to pay and/or complete your registration.
3. If there is a cost to the event, you will land on a screen to enter your Credit Card information and complete the registration. If it is free, you will be done after clicking Next.
