Log in to your Expo Pass account on the mobile application. Ensure that your login details are correct, as this verifies your access permissions within the app.
2. Select the appropriate event
3. Once logged in to the event, click on “Exhibitor Toolkit” in your menu:
4. Click on the “View All Leads” button in the upper right hand corner
5. This page will show you in real time, all leads that have been scanned by your organization and who scanned each lead. This access is available both during and after the event, allowing for flexibility in managing scanned leads.
6. To email yourself a CSV list of the leads (in real time), click on the email and arrow icon in the upper right hand corner. You will be notified once they have been successfully sent.
❗ Important: If you do not see this Envelope icon in the upper-righthand corner, it's because your exhibitor administrator has not given you permission to download leads. Ask them to update your permissions, or instead have them email the lead list to you. If you encounter an error such as "Permission Denied," this indicates missing permissions set by the Exhibitor Administrator. Contact them to grant you permissions to download the lead list.
The CSV list of attendees and their information will be sent to the email address that is associated with your Expo Pass account.
Technical Requirements
Ensure the Expo Pass mobile app is installed and updated to the latest version.
A valid and active email address must be linked to your Expo Pass account for CSV delivery. After the event, you can also navigate to the "Previous Events" section in the mobile app to access and email your lead list following the same process.
