Filling Out Session Feedback Questions in the Attendee App

How attendees can complete Session Feedback within the Attendee App and the requirements to access the questions.

Event Organizers can create Session Feedback questions for attendees to fill out for each of their sessions that they attend. Below you will see how to set up your schedule and access those questions.


  1. Sign in to Expo Pass on the Mobile App using the email you registered for the event with and the password you created

  2. Click on the hamburger menu and Click on the “Sessions” button.

    You will see a list of all the sessions by day for your event. Select a session you want to attend.

  3. Once selected, add Sessions to your schedule simply by clicking "Add to Schedule." NOTE: if you have not added the session to your schedule, you will not be able to participate in the session feedback survey.

  4. After the session is over, click on Provide Feedback to fill out the Session Feedback Questions.

Important: All attendees can do a "session feedback" questionnaire starting from 5 minutes before the session end time through infinity, as long as that session lives in an active Expo Pass Event, they're logged into the app, and they have added the session to their "my schedule".

The app will notify you as long as you have your notifications turned on!

Note: If the Session you would like to complete Session Feedback for is showing "Session Unavailable", please reach out to your Event Organizer to add you into the Session as a registrant. Once complete, the Session will appear on your "My Schedule" and you can select Session and complete Session Feedback.
