Media on your virtual event has different formatting and sizes. Below is everything you will need to know!
Image files should be JPEG or PNG
The banner image on the Event Home is a 1600x900 pixel minimum (16:9 aspect ratio). This image is dynamic and should be abstract and NOT include any logos or text.
The banner image in Sponsorship Bundles is a 1600x900 pixel minimum (16:9 aspect ratio)
The preview and post-event images in the session viewing and welcome video are a 1600x900 pixel minimum (16:9 aspect ratio)
Session icons are a 300 x 300 pixel minimum (1:1 aspect ratio)
Logos are a 300x300 pixel minimum (1:1 aspect ratio)
Speaker headshots are a 300x300 pixel minimum (1:1 aspect ratio)
Video Files should be .mp4 or .mov and less than 5GB.
