Need to pull your attendee data from Expo Pass?
It’s easy to export your attendee list anytime — before, during, or after your event!

Here’s exactly how to do it.

Who Can Download Attendee Lists?

Event Owners can always export event data.
Event Users (added by the Owner) can export data only if granted permission.

Steps to Export and Download Your Attendee List

1. Log In

  • Visit Expo Pass and sign into your account.

  • Select the event you want to download data from.

2. Go to the Attendees Section

  • Click the Attendees tab from the left-hand menu.

3. Choose Which Fields to Include

  • Click on the Fields button.

  • Check the boxes next to the data fields you want in your report.

  • You can also click Select All to include every available field.

4. Select Your Attendees

  • Check the box next to each attendee’s name you want to export.

  • Want to select everyone?

    • Check the box next to “Name.”

    • Click the blue “Select All xxx” button to select all attendees in the event (⚡ Important: The system initially selects only the first 100 records).

5. Export Your List

  • Click ActionsExport.

6. Download Your File

  • Once the file is ready, a green notification bar will appear at the top of the page.

  • Click the Download icon to get your file.

✅ Your attendee data will download as a .CSV file (spreadsheet format).

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Forgetting to select all attendees:
Remember that only the first 100 records are selected by default. Always click "Select All xxx" if you want the full list.

  • Not selecting the right fields:
Make sure you check all the fields you need before exporting — or you’ll have to re-download.

  • Missing session tracking data:
If you used session tracking, don’t forget to select session-related fields to capture attendance records.

  • Skipping the download step:
After exporting, you still need to manually click the Download icon to get your CSV file.

Live Analytics

If you’re simply looking to see how many of your attendees are onsite and have printed a badge, we’ve got you covered with "Live Analytics" in Expo Pass..

Here’s how to access it:

  1. Log into your event in Expo Pass.

  2. From the Admin Home Page, click “Live Analytics” on the left-hand navigation bar.

  3. Then click “View Badge Prints.”

What you’ll see:

  • A line graph showing badge print activity over time.

  • Key stats at a glance:

    • Attendee Prints All-Time (total badges printed)

    • Attendees Remaining

    • Percent Printed

You can also filter by date and time using the dropdown above the graph if you’re looking for prints during a specific window.
