ENABLING ATTENDEE MOBILE APP ACCESS

APPROPRIATE FOR: EVENT ORGANIZERS

With the Mobile App, Attendees can:

  • View important Event Contacts

  • Customize an Event Schedule that includes the Sessions they’re signed up for

  • View a complete list of all Sessions available to them

  • Get social with other event attendees via the Social Feed

  • Get to know the Speakers leading the Sessions

  • Learn more about event Exhibitors

  • Plan ahead with Travel and Lodging group deals and information

If you are not interested in using the Mobile App for your Attendees, you can simply choose to keep this feature OFF.


  1. To manage your Attendee Mobile App Access settings, login to app.expopass.com and click into the event you'd like to manage.

    **If you do not have an account yet, or an event created, do both of those steps first.

  2. Once you are on the Event Home Page, click on the Admin Menu in the top left corner.

  3. Click on Event Settings.

  4. Once you are in Event Settings, you will see a variety of options. Navigate to Attendee Mobile App Access:

  5. There are 3 options for your Attendee Mobile App Access settings:

    • OFF - attendees can't access your event within the Mobile App.

    • NOW - attendees can download the Mobile App and sign in with their email they used to register to see Sessions, Speakers, and about the in-person event.

      • **Note - When the Mobile App is ON, if you used Expo Pass for Registration, the Registration Confirmation Email will now include instructions and links on how to download the Expo Pass Mobile App.

    • LATER - schedule a date and time in the future for Attendee Mobile App Access to turn ON. Once this scheduled time comes, if you used Expo Pass for Registration, the Registration Confirmation Email will now include instructions and links on how to download the Expo Pass Mobile App.

  6. Once you have set up your Attendee Mobile App Access settings, click on the blue SAVE button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
