The following process explains how to perform a password reset from the Virtual Platform.

Go to https://app.expopass.com/login and click "Reset"

A 2nd tab will open in your internet browser - follow the instructions:

You will receive an email from "support@exposent.com" that will provide you with a new temporary password.

Type in your email address and temporary password here:

Create a new password here:

Now return to your 1st tab in your browser: https://app.expopass.com/login and type in your email address and the new password that you just created.

Login and your virtual event will become available.
