When the iPads and printers are shipped out to your event, we ensure that your event is setup correctly so that each iPad is mapped to a printer, creating what we call "Lanes."
However, from time-to-time you may need to recreate a lane, which is a quick and easy process.
1 - Start by logging into an iPad with your User ID and password for the event (after you have turned on the Router and powered up the printer). It's important that the Expo Pass router is up and running and that the iPads and Printers are on the ExpoPass network.
2 - Once you are in your event, you will be on a screen that looks like the following, titled "ADMIN TOOLKIT"
3 - Click on "Badge Print Setting" and the screen will refresh to "SELECT LANE"
If you see previously established lanes, you may need to delete the first by swiping to the left. If none are noted, please go to the next step.
