Whether you're doing a last-minute sanity check before doors open or building out a full checklist for your team, exporting your Session data is one of the fastest ways to see everything in one place. Below are two ways to pull that data — a quick on-screen scan, or a downloadable file you can dig into further.
There are two ways to check your data:
OPTION 1: General overview, quick scan, no download
OPTION 2: Export to a CSV File
Estimated time to complete for each: 5 minutes
OPTION 1: Create a Bookmark Report
Navigate to your event in Expo Pass, then click on the Session section on the left-hand nav menu.
Click on the Table button at the top of the page.
Scroll through the options and check Hidden on all of the items you do not want included in your download.
💡 Tip: We suggest your download includes at least our 5 required fields:
Title
Starts At
Ends At
Location
Session Type
Once you've unchecked Hidden next to all of the fields you'd like included, click Save.
Click the Bookmarks button to save this report. Later, you can come back to it by clicking Bookmarks again and selecting the report, or by copying and pasting the saved URL into your browser.
OPTION 2: Export Sessions to a CSV File
Navigate to your event in Expo Pass, then click on the Session section on the left-hand side.
Click on the Table button at the top of the page.
Scroll through the options and check Hidden on all of the items you do not want included in your download.
💡 Tip: We suggest your download includes at least our 5 required fields:
Title
Starts At
Ends At
Location
Session Type
Click on the Export button at the top right of the data table. When the report is ready, you'll see a green notification on your screen, and the file will download as a CSV (comma delimited) (.csv) file you can open in Excel.
