If you are using an Android device and having trouble with the Expo Pass Mobile App, please try making these setting changes on your device, as they may have defaulted to "Don't allow app to open links."

NOTE: if you have a Samsung device, scroll down to the bottom of this article for further information.

  • Go to the App Info section of your device (where you should see a list of the apps on your device).

  • Go to Expo Pass app.

  • Click Permissions

  • Click "Open supported links"

  • Then click the button next to "Allow app to open supported links"

  • Now go back to Expo Pass mobile app, and click LOGIN, then Having Trouble Logging In?

  • Provide your email that was used for registration. A new Magic Link will be sent to this address.

If you are using an Android device and still have issues after following this process, please follow the steps below to reach out to our support team.

Samsung Devices

Samsung devices, with Android, have moved their "Open supported links" general settings to a different access point.

For Samsung devices, please follow these prompts:

Settings > Apps > Choose default apps > Opening Links

Make sure the top "Open links in apps" is toggled on, meaning it should appear as blue.
