Before going any further please note that to access your Expo Pass Expo Virtual Event should be accessed from your computer (not your mobile phone). In addition it is imperative that you are using a current and fully supported internet browser. Expo strongly recommends that you use Chrome as your internet browser on your computer as it will give you the best experience. Safari (Apple), Firefox, and the latest version of Microsoft Edge are other alternative browsers that will work on your computer.
NOT SEEING YOUR EVENT
If you do not see your event you are most likely on a screen like the one below (Attendee, Exhibitor, Organizers). The reason you did not see your event is because you created an Expo Pass Account with a different email than you used when you registered for the event.
Check your original email confirmation, the one you received from "support@exposent.com" as it was sent to the email that you used when you registered fo this event. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, then maybe Expo has the wrong email address for you or a misspelled email address was provided. Send an email now to support@expopass.com to resolve this issue.
If you discovered that you used a different email address to create an Expo Pass Account than what you used to Register for your event, then please "Log Out Now" and start the process again to create a new Expo Pass Account -- using the exact same email address that you used when you registered for your event.
For email address updates, contact your event organizer. Only event organizers have the authority to change the email address associated with your event registration.
THE SCREEN INDICATES YOU "ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT"
If you see a message indicating that your email is already in use when trying to create an account, follow these steps to log in:
Open the Expo Pass mobile app on your device.
Click the blue “LOG IN” button on the app’s main screen.
Below the password field, click on “Having trouble logging in?”
Enter your email address and check your email inbox (including the spam folder). You should receive a password reset email from Expo Pass (e.g., titled "Password Support" or similar). Follow the instructions within the email to set up a temporary password. Ensure you use the same email address you previously registered with to log in successfully.

You have the option of navigating to different areas of the platform by using the always open navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page:
