As an Event Organizer, you can easily upload resources and materials for your attendees to access through the Expo Pass Mobile App and/or Web App. Hereโs exactly how to do it!
Before You Start
Important Requirements:
- File formats allowed: PDF, DOC, TXT, XLS, JPEG, PNG 
- Maximum file size: 10 MB 
Upload Event Materials
1. Go to Expo Pass and log into your account.
2. Open Your Event: From your Dashboard, select the event you want to manage.
3. Navigate to "Upload Materials" In the left-hand menu, click: Event โ Upload Materials
4. Upload Your Files
- Click to upload your documents. 
- You can add multiple files as needed. 
- Remember: Each file must meet the format and size requirements mentioned above. 
5. Manage Your Files
- After uploading, you'll see your files listed. 
- If you need to delete a file, simply click the trash can icon next to the file name. 
Where Attendees Can Find the Materials
Once uploaded, your attendees can easily access your event resources:
- On the Mobile App: 
 Find them under Event Materials in the About the Event section.
- On the Web App (Virtual Event Home Page): 
 They will appear under the Resources section.
Quick Reminders
- Make sure your files are attendee-ready before uploading โ attendees will be able to view and download them immediately. 
- If you need to update a document, delete the old one and upload the new version.
