How do I set Session Maximum Capacity for my in-person event sessions?

This short article is how an Event Organizer can easily manage Session capacity so that a pre-determined maximum number of event registrants can select the session for potential attendance. Once that Max number is reached, no other event registrants will be able to add that session to their "My Schedule" in the mobile app.




Manage Maximum Capacity for Sessions

1. Login with your credentials into the Expo Pass Web Application and choose the appropriate event.

2. Under the “Sessions” tab in the left-hand menu, click into the Session you would like to set a maximum capacity for.

3. Click “Edit” in the upper right hand corner.

4. Once in your Session Details, you can set a maximum capacity for that Session, which will limit the number of attendees able to register for and attend the Session:
