Expo Pass offers a streamlined solution for exhibitors to manage leads efficiently during events. Follow the steps below to set up your exhibitor profile, activate Lead Retrieval, and manage user access.
1. Overview of Lead Retrieval
Lead Retrieval allows exhibitors to scan and collect attendee information seamlessly, enhancing post-event follow-ups and marketing strategies. This functionality is available after setting up your exhibitor profile and can be accessed via the web or Expo Pass app.
2. Steps to Set Up an Exhibitor Profile
To begin using Lead Retrieval, you need to claim and complete your exhibitor profile:
Create an account: - Visit app.expopass.com and sign up using the email address associated with your event registration.
Enter the event code: - Click in the ‘Are you an Exhibitor?’ box and enter the 6-digit event code provided by your Event Organizer.
Complete your company profile: - Select your company and fill out your profile information. If your company’s name is not listed, click 'Don’t see your company name?' and add it manually. - Upload your marketing materials for attendees to view through your company profile.
3. Download the Expo Pass App
The Expo Pass app is essential for using Lead Retrieval on the go. Download it from:

Search for "Expo Pass" in your app store and follow the download instructions.
4. Activate Lead Retrieval
Once you have set up your exhibitor profile:
Via the web: - Log in and select 'Lead Retrieval' from the left navigation bar.

Expo Pass allows you to share Lead Retrieval access with your onsite representatives:
Add users: - Once activated, add your onsite representatives as users on the account. Refer to the help center for detailed guidance on how to add users.
Limitations and additional users: - The Lead Retrieval license includes access for up to five users, including the account owner. - You cannot remove yourself as a user since you are the person who originally claimed the company account. - If needed, additional users can be added for a fee (subject to pricing changes; confirm the current rate with Expo Pass).
