What is Zapier?

In a nutshell, Zapier is a web-based service that allows you to link web applications together. You can use Zapier to send data from one platform to another platform. It is up to each web application to integrate themselves with Zapier.

Zapier works with thousands of apps, but available triggers and actions vary by app. To learn more visit the Zapier App Directory.
Expo Pass Triggers on Zapier
Below is a list of all the Triggers we provide in our Zapier App along with the data available for each:
Registration
This Trigger occurs when an attendee registers for an event
Both Webcart and Onsite Kiosk registrations are supported
If there are multiple attendees on one transaction, we still trigger a zap for each unique attendee and/or guest

Only exists when enabled for the event

If they are a part of a group transaction we only want their individual contribution to the total cost of the transaction
NOTE: the summation of this value for all attendees connected to the same transaction will equal the total of the transaction.

If from a group transaction we only want the promo code used for this specific attendee

❗ Important: When creating Custom Attendee Fields in Expo Pass to be mapped within Zapier, you MUST choose Text as the type of Custom Attendee field in Expo Pass.
Field Mapping through Zapier with a Custom Field that is Single or Multiple Choice will not work.
Transaction
This Trigger occurs when a transaction is completed during registration
Both Webcart and Onsite Kiosk registrations are supported
We only trigger one zap per transaction, even if there are multiple attendees and/or guests
