These are the steps to follow if you've been invited to be an Exhibitor User in Expo Pass Mobile App:
1. Download the Expo Pass Mobile App on your phone:
The mobile all will look like the first image on the left (below).
2. [Click] on the blue button "LOG IN"
3. [Click] on the "Having trouble logging in?" link
4. Type in your email address - the one that was used to invite you to become an Exhibitor User. and then [Click] the blue button "Send Magic Link"
5. Your email will look like the following. Please copy the temporary password and go back to the login screen OR click on the Magic Link.
β Important: If you use the Magic Link, the temporary password may no longer work. Please use the temporary password for your attempt to login. If you face issues due to multiple email addresses being associated with your profiles, make sure to use the Magic Link with the email address tied to your Exhibitor profile for proper access.
6a. When using the temporary password, go back to the login page and click the Log In button. Enter your email address and the temporary password:
6b. When using the Magic Link, it will automatically take you into the mobile app. **Please make sure the mobile app is installed before clicking on the magic link.
7. Your phone will open up the Expo Pass Mobile App and take you directly into your "Upcoming Events." If you have more than one upcoming event, you can swipe left on your phone to move to the next event.
Congrats!
Now that you are in the event, you can update your own personal profile. [Click] the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner. Another key feature accessible from this menu is the "Exhibitor Toolkit," which provides tools to manage your event-related tasks conveniently.
Now [click] the gray "Edit" button to add information: Name, Title, and Company. Your email is already in your profile.
Here you can also set your Password if you want to log into the Mobile App later, vs. sending yourself a Magic Link.
When event Attendees view your Exhibitor Profile from the Exhibitors tab in the Mobile App, they will see your Company Profile information as well as all Exhibitor Users associated with this profile -- with an email link to each Exhibitor User.
Note: The Exhibitor Users will appear here in alphabetical order by first name.
How to Access the Exhibitor Toolkit in Expo Pass
The Exhibitor Toolkit in Expo Pass is a feature designed to help exhibitors manage event-related tasks conveniently. Follow these steps to access the toolkit:
Log in to the Expo Pass application.
Navigate to "Upcoming Events" on the dashboard.
Select the specific event you are exhibiting, such as the Digital Summit Event, by clicking "Enter."
Open the menu (commonly represented by three horizontal lines, also known as the hamburger menu) at the top left corner.
Choose "Exhibitor Toolkit" from the list of options. By following these steps, you can access the toolkit and efficiently handle event-related tasks.
