  • 5/8"

  • 3/4"

  • 1"

2. Choose Your Material

Expo Pass offers 2 different materials for your lanyards:

  • Recycled (rPET): Same great feel and quality, made from recycled bottles.

3. Choose Your Clip

Expo Pass offers two options for your lanyard bulldog clips:

  • Single Bulldog: This is for badges or sleeves with 1 notch

4. Design Your Lanyard

Once you have selected the width of your lanyard, material and how many clips, you can start the design!

OPTION 1: Full Custom Lanyard

General Tips when designing your lanyard

  • Place your artwork on the "Your Design" layer

  • Edit and save your files in CMYK (versus RGB)

  • Outline all text before saving (select all layers, under the ''Type" menu select "Create Outlines").

  • Use vector artwork for best results.

  • Images in your design should be 300 PPI (pixels per inch) or higher, as 300 is the ideal resolution for printing because it produces sharp, clear images.

  • While we'll accept receipt of your artwork in PDF, we strongly recommend saving the file instead as a PDF/x-1a whenever possible.

OPTION 2: Logo Only Design

If you do not want to fully design a custom lanyard, you can send a logo to your Specialist and we will place the logo repeatingly on a white lanyard for you.

What does this mean?

  1. Design a full logo in the colors you would like. Make sure it is high resolution (300 DPI or greater) to ensure quality print.

  2. Once your design is complete send the logo to your Specialist noting the following:

    1. PNG file format if you wish to have a transparent background behind the logo

    2. JPEG if you wish to have a solid background behind the logo

    3. Provide the CMYK or Pantone color code you would like the lanyard to be.
❗ Important: IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A COLOR FOR THE LANYARD, WE WILL BE PRINTING THE LOGO ON WHITE.

  3. They will send the logo to our team, who will space it repeatingly on a lanyard.

  4. Once the design is complete, we will send you a proof for approval for print.

5. Submit Your Lanyard Design

Full Custom Lanyard: Once you have used the templates provided to design your lanyard, send your file as a PDF/x-1a to your Specialist. They will use the PDF file to send to print.

Logo Only Design: Send the logo in PNG or JPEG format to your Specialist. They will send the logo to our team, who will space it repeatingly on a white lanyard. Once the design is complete, we will send you a proof for approval for print.
