Attendee IDs are used in Expo Pass to provide a unique identifier for your attendees. This is especially important for events using Expo Pass QR codes for lead retrieval, however Attendee IDs are issued to all attendees in the Expo Pass platform.

When you add an attendee into your event in Expo Pass, the system will automatically create a unique Attendee ID for that person.

There are 2 places where you can see the Attendee IDs assigned to each attendee, first in the Attendee Data Table as well as in the individual attendee record which can be viewed by clicking on the attendee name and scrolling down to the Attendee ID field.

From here you may edit the Attendee ID to anything you'd like, provided it is unique to the attendee and the attendee hasn't had a badge printed yet.

Once a badge has been printed the Attendee ID may not be changed.
