How to edit your Exhibitors after you have already added them to your event

How to edit or delete your Exhibitors after you have already added them to your event.


Edit Exhibitors

1. Login with your credentials into Expo Pass and choose the appropriate event.

2. Click on the Exhibitors section in your event.

3. Here, you can also edit existing Exhibitors by clicking on their name and clicking the Edit button:


Delete an Exhibitor

1. Login with your credentials into Expo Pass and choose the appropriate event.

2. Click on the Exhibitors section in your event.

3. Check the box next to the Exhibitor company you want to delete.

4. Click revoke access. This will disconnect the established access with the Exhibitor Admin.

5. You will see a green message in the top right "Access for the selected exhibitors was revoked successfully"

6. Next click the trash can button to delete the Exhibitor company.

❗ Important: By deleting a company, any data they have will be lost. We will not be able to recover any scans or data they may have.
