Who Can Download Attendee Lists?

✅ Event Owners can always export event data.
✅ Event Users (added by the Owner) can export data only if granted permission.

Steps to Export and Download Your Attendee List

1. Log In

  • Visit Expo Pass and sign into your account

  • Select the event you want to download data from

2. Click the Attendees section from the left nav menu

3. Choose Which Fields to Include

  • Click Table at the top of the attendee data table

  • Hide any fields you do not want included in your export

  • Click Save

4. Select Your Attendees

You have two options:

  • Check the box in the header bar next to First Name to select all attendees displayed on the page, then click ALL at the bottom center of the page to make sure every attendee is selected
    OR

  • Manually check the box next to each individual attendee you want to include

5. Export Your List: Once your fields and attendees are selected, click Export in the top right of the table

6. Download Your File

  • Once the file is ready, a green notification bar will appear at the top of the page

  • Click the Download icon to get your file

✅ Your attendee data will download as a .CSV file (spreadsheet format).

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Forgetting to select all attendees: Make sure to click ALL at the bottom of the page after checking the header checkbox, otherwise only the attendees visible on that page will be selected

  • Not selecting the right fields: Review your field selections in Table before exporting, hidden fields will not appear in your download

  • Missing session tracking data: If you used session tracking, make sure session-related fields are visible before exporting so attendance records are captured

  • Skipping the download step: After exporting, you still need to click the Download icon to save your CSV file
