What Expo Pass covers on-site

  • Shipping of equipment to and from the event
  • Setup and testing
  • Teardown
  • General tech and on-site support

All items listed below Expo Pass does NOT provide and is required to be provided by the event organizer

  • Badge Sleeves: The clear sleeves that the badges will be placed in. Please make sure to get a 1/4th of an inch larger sleeve than the shell you are ordering. Suggested sleeve links are below each template in the above examples.
  • Badge Lanyards
  • On-Site registration staff: This refers to the staff working the event, helping attendees at the registration counter. Expo Pass staff is on-site to support the technology provided and is not expected to assist with attendee registration interactions
  • Tables or Kiosks: This refers to the furniture the iPads and printers will be placed on. 
  • Power Strips: 1 power strip per 6 ft. table is required
  • Internet: Dedicated Wireless or Ethernet (preferred)
