Adding Event Contacts to an Expo Pass Event for your attendees to contact.

Event Contacts are people that you would like your attendees to know about in case they need assistance before or during the event. Their names and contact information are visible from the Expo Pass mobile app and on the Web App for virtual events.


Adding Your Event Contacts

  1. Login with your credentials into the Expo Pass and choose your event.

  2. Click on the Details section of the event.

  3. At the bottom of the section you will see Event Contacts. Click on ADD CONTACTS.

Here you can begin to add the relevant information regarding your other Contacts. ย 

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip: Don't forget to add yourself as Contact, as the Event Owner information is only visible on the Details section of Expo Pass, and your attendees cannot see this information.
