How Ordering Works
Your badges, sleeves and lanyards are chosen on your Order Form with your Relationship Manager or an Account Executive, along with your equipment, so everything ships to your event together.

4x6 Badges
Our most popular size, with the most room for your design, sponsor logos and attendee details.
No notch: requires a sleeve and lanyard.
One notch: clips onto a single-clip lanyard. The badge can flip, so it works best with a double-sided design.
Two notches: clips onto a double-clip lanyard so the badge stays facing forward. Best if only the front is designed.
Many organizers use the back of the badge for a sponsor ad, a QR code to the agenda or the event WiFi details.
4x3 Badges
A smaller, compact option.
No notch: requires a sleeve and lanyard.
One notch: clips onto a single-clip lanyard. The badge can flip, so it works best with a double-sided design.
Two notches: clips onto a double-clip lanyard so the badge stays facing forward. Best if only the front is designed.
Paper or Plastic?
Most events use our premium 9.5pt reinforced direct thermal cardstock. It’s tear-resistant and holds up well even without a sleeve. Plastic is available if you need something more durable. Every badge prints onsite on our Zebra printers, with no ink needed.

Lanyards
Single bulldog clip: for one-notch badges and sleeves.
Double bulldog clip: for two-notch badges and sleeves.
